these photographs are samples from my first attempt at using an old school black and white slr i found in my fathers vast collection of very very old cameras. to my suprise i found one which actually worked, with a minor glitch as it happens. either that or my removing of the film went a little awry (hence that lovely line running down them!). as a lot of older photographers like to tell me nothing beat the good old fashioned cameras and i cant deny it. even though we like to create the look of an old photograph using editing programmes, it never looks quite the same, and i'd say i quite like the look and feel of these, i shall be using this chunky camera a lot more often.
